Integral Capital Group acquired a majority stake in Embryos, a leading Romanian IVF clinic. Backed by EU recovery funds, the deal supports Embryos’ expansion in Romania and marks Integral’s first investment from its second fund.

Integral Capital Group has completed the first close of its second fund, targeting €150M by 2025. Backed by EIF, EBRD, IFC, and EU recovery funds, Fund II will invest in mid- and small-market companies across CEE and Adria with a strong ESG focus.

Integral Venture Partners has acquired a 50% stake in EsoTron, a leading Adriatic used cooking oil and bio-waste operator. The deal strengthens Integral’s circular economy strategy and supports expansion across Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia.
