Eligibility criteria
Immediately before or after the time of first investment qualify as SMEs; Established and operating in Member States of the EU, Montenegro, Serbia or Republic of Macedonia at the time of first investment; In Expansion or Growth Stage at the time of first investment; and Do not qualify as Excluded Final Recipients
Investment focus
Companies that are at the time of first investment, SMEs and/or a Small Mid-caps, based or active in the territory of the Member States of the European Union or a candidate or potential candidate countries
