Integral announces first close of EEPI II fund

Integral Capital Group, (“Integral”, formerly active as Integral Venture Partners), ), the leading pan-CEE mid / small market private equity and growth capital investment firm is pleased to announce the first close of its second fund, Evolving Europe Principal Investments II (“Fund II”) achieving a first close above the initial minimum target. Fund II will aim for a final close at €150 million by the end of 2025 which would bring the Integral capital base – raised, syndicated and managed capital since inception – to approximately €300 million.At first close, Integral secured LP commitments from leading international institutional investors including the European Investment Fund (EIF), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) – all three also cornerstone investors in Integral’s first fund; and regional and international family offices. The EIF’s contribution is supported by the European Union – NextGenerationEU with the financial backing of the Government of Bulgaria under the Bulgaria Recovery and Resilience Plan, and of the Government of Romania under the Romania Recovery Equity Fund.With its second fund, Integral – operating out of hub offices in Budapest and Belgrade, and satellite offices in London, Bratislava, Bucharest and Sofia – will continue to focus on investments in leading medium and small sized companies active in Central and South-East Europe and Adria regions across Integral’s five core sectors of expertise including consumer, technology/media/telecom, healthcare, niche industrials and business services.Under Fund II, Integral will put even more emphasis on ESG aspects and sustainable investing and will commence reporting under Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (“SFDR”) Article 8.
